Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years of warehousing/logistics ops experience including 2+ years supervising employees.
• Demonstrated knowledge of warehousing and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse employees.
• Oversee and manage operational activities for warehouse locations including budget, staffing, KPIs and record keeping.
• Resolve customer service and operational issues and implement process improvements for smooth warehouse operations.
• Coordinate and improve service with division management, transportation and other departments.
