Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in Georgia. You will safely receive, locate, and ship products, operating a lift to move pallets and parcels as part of daily fulfillment.

This role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members. Adherence to safety policies and willingness to train on equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to become certified on all lift equipment (fork, reach truck, cherry picker).
• Ability to operate on-board RF equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulls products (bulk pallets using forklift or individual boxes manually), transporting from warehouse to docks using a lift.
• Picks product from rack locations.
• Performs Cycle Counts for picking and bulk locations.
• Audits pallets to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures including Zero Contact Forklift Program with daily inspection of Powered Industrial Equipment.
• Operate stretch wrap machine.
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
