Job summary

CFS Brands is seeking a Distribution Center Team Lead for the Savannah DC in Ellabell, GA. You will lead a shift of hourly associates, supervise operations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure KPI targets are met.

The role requires 3+ years in a fast-paced distribution environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Blue Yonder WMS and Garnett ERP. Sunday-Thursday, 4:30 pm–1:00 am. E-Verify compliant.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Excellent attendance history.
Requires mathematical skills to perform basic functions and calculations.
Very organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and professional.
Team player with positive attitude.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Blue Yonder WMS, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the team and communicate with leadership; back-up in absence.
Oversee inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, outbound loading, inventory control and related ops.
Serve as subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS and Garnett ERP.
Maintain inventory integrity through receipts, movements, and cycle counting.
Identify and drive process improvements and SOP adherence.
Collaborate with other functions to support CFS Brands values.
