Starbucks is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator on 2nd shift (5pm–3:30am) to help ensure products flow smoothly from suppliers to customers across the globe. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The job emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with operations, inventory, and transportation teams, with an emphasis on timely communication and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in administrative assistant or coordinator roles.
• At least 6 months providing general administrative support to others.
• Ability to work fixed hours in an office environment.
• Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine projects that support department initiatives.
• Proofread materials for accuracy including copy, grammar and layout.
• Prepare charts, tables, graphs and other presentation materials.
• Support implementation of processes to improve workflow and communication.
• Provide calendar support to leaders and teams.
• Assist with onboarding of new partners.
