Job summary

CFS Brands is seeking a Distribution Center Team Lead for the 2nd shift to guide a team of hourly associates and ensure efficient warehouse operations. You will supervise activities across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining KPI targets and inventory integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, solid communication, and hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS and Garnett ERP, along with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Requires mathematical skills to perform basic functions and calculations.
• Good communication skills.
• Very organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Blue Yonder WMS, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and communicate with other members of leadership; act as back-up when other leaders are absent.
• Oversee inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, outbound loading, inventory control, returns and other DC operations.
• Serve as area SME for Blue Yonder WMS and Garnett ERP.
