Job summary

Style Crest is seeking a 2nd Shift Distribution Supervisor to lead our Fremont, Ohio distribution operation. This hands-on role focuses on developing talent, coaching on the floor, and driving safety, quality, and on-time order fulfillment.

You’ll manage shift leads, collaborate with teams, and champion continuous improvement while maintaining a strong safety culture and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distribution supervisory/management experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Hands-on, visible leadership style with a focus on safety and performance.
• Solid inventory-control knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Private fleet/DOT experience preferred.
• Ability to work 2nd shift and adapt hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the distribution team, coaching and mentoring on floor.
• Meet daily safety, quality, productivity, and on-time order goals.
• Coordinate with traffic and other teams to keep workflows efficient.
