Job summary

Style Crest Enterprises Inc in Fremont, OH is seeking a 2nd Shift Distribution Supervisor to lead our Ohio distribution operation. You will coach floor teams, develop shift leads, solve problems, reinforce safety, and ensure we deliver for our customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distribution supervisory/management experience.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Hands-on leadership with strong work ethic.
• Strong inventory-control knowledge and process discipline.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Private fleet/DOT experience preferred.
• Able to work 2nd shift and flex hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to distribution associates and shift leads.
• Set expectations and coach to achieve goals.
• Develop employees through training and feedback.
• Hire support and onboard new team members.
• Maintain a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork, safety, and customer service.
• Lead the shift to meet daily goals for safety, quality, productivity, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure orders and trucks are prepared, loaded, and on schedule.
• Coordinate with traffic and other teams to keep workflow flowing.
• Maintain inventory control, replenishment, receiving, and cycle counting processes.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and service issues.
• Communicate shift performance and priorities to management.
• Maintain warehouse safety, organization, and housekeeping.
• Encourage ideas and cross-training to build a flexible workforce.
