Job summary

Mrs. Gerry's Kitchen, LLC in Albert Lea, MN is hiring a 2nd shift Dishwasher Operator 1. This on-site role reports to the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor and requires following food safety procedures and operating dishwashing equipment to keep items sanitary.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. Willingness to obtain forklift/pallet jack license and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1–3 months related experience preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and procedures in English
• Able to perform unit calculations using a calculator
• Forklift and/or pallet jack license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure cleanliness of all items
• Follow MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP and SSOP programs
• Comply with Food Safety procedures at all times
• Wear required PPE
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow mixing procedures
• Follow designated washing procedures for equipment/items
• Report damaged items or equipment to shift supervisor
• Transport items to dishwashing area for cleaning and sanitizing
• Return sanitized items to designated locations and ensure all parts are accounted for
• Perform additional duties as assigned
