Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen, LLC in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a 1st Shift Batching Operator-2 for a full-time role. Start times are 5:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with occasional schedule changes.

The role involves learning and rotating through Big Line Dressing Mixer, Big Line Mixer, and Dressing & Dips Mixing Operator stations with incremental pay increases as knowledge and performance grow. Required: High School Diploma or GED (1–3 months related experience preferred), ability to read English safety docs,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Forklift and/or pallet jack license ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and rotate through Big Line Dressing Mixer, Bix Mixer, Big Line Prep, Big Line Dressing Prep, and Dressing and Dips Mixing Operator stations.
• Follow HCAP/SOP/SQF procedures and safety protocols.
• Weigh ingredients and record weights; monitor temperatures and sanitation.
• Follow production orders and maintain daily sequencing for efficiency.
• Assist with wash down and sanitation; operate mixers and pumps as required.
