Job summary

Mrs. Gerry's Kitchen in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a 2nd Shift General Production Part Time to support a variety of tasks in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This on-site role reports to the 2nd Shift Supervisor and requires learning, rotating among positions, and adherence to HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs. The position offers evening hours 4:30 PM–8:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with wage $18.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 0–3 months of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Team player attitude and willingness to fill in as needed.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform tasks across cabbage line, veggies, potato room, dishes, and other areas as needed.
• Rotate to different positions as needed to support production.
• Follow MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP procedures and food safety rules.
• Wear all required PPE and maintain clean, safe work practices.
