Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend English safety, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Use calculators to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units.
• Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.
• Follow all Food Safety procedures.
• Weigh ingredients using cup or scale; record weights as required.
• Set up and maintain equipment for sanitation; prevent cross-contamination.
• Follow production orders and daily sequencing for mixing and preparation.
• Distinguish between salads to identify issues and suggest solutions.
