Job summary

Stahls' in Mentor, Ohio is seeking a production associate to join our digital product line. You will print, cut, weed, and package orders and operate lightweight printing equipment, with opportunities to cross-train across the department.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced production setting, maintaining quality, flexibility with overtime, and a commitment to continuous learning as our team delivers high-quality products to customers.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for 8 - 10 hours during each shift, bend, and kneel as necessary.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Quality-minded.
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.
