Job summary

RRD Company in West Bend, Wisconsin, is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist. The role offers an hourly wage of $16.00 to $18.18, with a mid-shift from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday, plus a $1 shift differential.

You will operate binding/finishing equipment, set up production runs, and help maintain equipment. The position includes potential training responsibilities and coordination of crew assignments as needed, with benefits and opportunities typical for a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment that can be set up and operated from step-by-step instructions.
• Ability to perform minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation and maintenance records.
• Ability to identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machines for optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Coordinate crewmember assignments and train new team members.
