Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of bindery setup and operation.
• Knowledge of paper weights, sizes, and handling.
• Ability to adjust machines and use hand tools.
• Experience with folders, cutters, stitchers, and binding equipment.
• Ability to read work orders and maintain dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
