Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods in Fort Smith, AR seeks a DSI Loader for 2nd Shift in the Debone Plant. You will assist in the production of quality chicken products by properly arranging breast meat and tenders on high-speed processing machines to ensure correct processing and portioning.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 25–40 pounds, and working in wet, cold, and loud conditions. Pay is $16.25 per hour with a $1/hour attendance incentive, a $1/hour night shift premium, pay raises at 30

• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner; stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Properly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned by performing the following duties.Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 Pounds . While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
