Job summary

Ornua is seeking a Production Associate for the Drying area on the 2nd shift in Whitehall, WI. The role involves supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring batch accuracy, and maintaining GMP/safety standards in a fast-paced dairy facility.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, packaging finished products, and documenting production data. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and willing to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mixing the correct batch and ensure correct moisture and specifications.
• Clean equipment and surrounding area.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety protocols.
• Operate flow meters, steam controls, grinder hammer mill and dryer.
• Package finished product and palletize.
• Inspect products and report deficiencies.
• Record production information as required.
• Identify process variations and report to supervisor if unresolved.
• Attend required training and support other areas as needed.
