Job summary

Ornua is seeking a Production Associate for the Drying operation on the 2nd shift at Whitehall West. You will assist in manufacturing finished products, follow recipes, and ensure products meet specifications while supporting continuous improvement.

This role requires GMP compliance, safety adherence, and the ability to operate equipment such as flow meters, steam controls, grinders and dryers in a busy food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in mixing the correct batch and in drying the product to the right moisture and specifications.
• Clean equipment and surrounding area.
• Adhere to GMP and safety protocols.
• Operate flow meters, steam controls, grinder hammer mill and dryer.
• Record production information as required.
• Identify process variations and report to supervisor when unresolved.
