Qualifications

• Lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive motions
• Stand for a full 10-hour shift
• Work in a food manufacturing environment with variable temperatures
• Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Handle boxes and product with hands
• Basic math skills required

Responsibilities

• Flex to multiple areas to fill in as needed
• Open barrels, blocks, or bags of cheese and other ingredients
• Weigh ingredients accurately for each batch
• Prepare and pack products for boxing and shipping
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow safety, GMP and HACCP procedures
