Job summary

Ornua is seeking a Production Associate for its Whitehall, WI site to support drying and packaging operations. You will follow recipes, monitor moisture levels, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced dairy manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will operate equipment such as dryers and grinders, perform cleaning, and document production data while adhering to GMP and safety procedures. Prior manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred).
• Attention to detail is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mixing the correct batch and dry the product to the right moisture and specifications.
• Clean equipment and surrounding area.
• Follow GMP and safety protocols.
• Operate flow meters, steam controls, grinder hammer mill and dryer.
• Package finished product including boxing, lining, filling, closing, and palletizing.
• Inspect cheese products and report deficiencies.
