Qualifications

• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment as listed.
• Ability to use snow removal tools (shovel and snow blower).
• Ability to follow procedures for diluting cleaning chemicals and applying floor finishes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and discard trash and maintain clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping.
• Clean and disinfect lavatory areas and glass surfaces; clean and maintain furniture.
• Assist with group cleaning projects and furniture arrangement as needed.
• Respond to inclement weather with snow removal and salting; perform security checks.
• Provide support for outdoor sporting events as required.
