Job summary

Central Bucks High School South is seeking a Custodian for the 2nd shift, with a 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. schedule. This full-time with benefits role supports a hygienic, safe school environment and handles trash, floors, glass, and fixtures across the campus.

Responsibilities include cleaning lavatories, assisting with furniture setup, snow removal, salting, security checks, and aiding at outdoor events as needed. Training and compliance with CBSD procedures are required.

Qualifications

• Experience using commercial cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of diluting chemicals and floor finishes.
• Able to follow standard cleaning procedures.
• Provisional employment for 90 days per ACT 168.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect lavatory areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors; spot clean.
• Clean glass surfaces and mirrors.
• Assist with furniture arrangement and group cleaning projects.
• Maintain furniture and fixtures; assist with outdoor events.
• Respond to inclement weather by snow removal and salting.
• Perform security checks.
