Job summary

HES Facilities Management in Clarksville, TN is seeking an Assistant Custodial Manager for the 2nd shift to supervise custodians, coordinate daily cleaning, and support the Account Manager in delivering campus-wide cleanliness. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, inventory control, event setup, and ensuring contract standards are met across university facilities.

Five years of custodial management experience in commercial real estate or academic settings is required;

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of supervisory experience in custodial services.
• 5+ years custodial management experience in commercial real estate, institutional or academic settings.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• 2nd shift starts at 2 PM or 3 PM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise supervisors and custodians; manage staffing and payroll.
• Evaluate performance and administer discipline for custodial staff.
• Assign shift areas; train custodial staff; enforce procedures and policies.
