Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a friendly 2nd Shift Concierge to welcome residents, families, and guests. You will be the first point of contact at the front desk, greet visitors, answer calls, and help with daily operations, including light transportation coordination and event support.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to work Thursday-Monday 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience, professional appearance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities; willing to assist in various areas.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local community preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and staff.
• Must meet local alcohol service requirements and obtain food handler permits within two(2)weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression by performing valet parking services for residents and visitors.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting residents, families, and visitors, answering calls, andanticipatingthe needs of residents, guests, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, monitor resident call systems, and contact emergency services when necessary.
• Oversee building safety systems, including firealarms;follow emergency procedures andassistresidents during fires or severe weather.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation, maintainingaccuraterecords, coordinating guest suite reservations, and ensuring suites meet RLC standards.
• Support community operations by assistingwith room service requests, dining room coverage during peak times, event setup, and responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness incommon areasand ensure building security by locking and unlocking exterior doors at designated times.
• Welcome new residents and guide them through the orientation process for a smooth transition into the community.
• Manage office supplies, resident documents, and menus; perform clerical duties as assigned.

About the Role
