Job summary

CERAMTEC NORTH AMERICA LLC in Willoughby, OH, is hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Setup Operator to safely set up and operate CNC machines producing ceramic cores.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience with precision measuring devices; we offer full-time hours, weekend OT as needed, and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, 401(k) match and health insurance.

Work hours are 3PM to 11PM with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely set-up and operate CNC machines to produce quality ceramic cores.
• Follow documented job instructions and maintain documentation.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure alignment and quality.
