Job summary

Chromalloy in Tampa, FL is seeking a Core Injection Mold Mach Operator for 2nd shift to operate ceramic core injection molding equipment and support precision manufacturing for aerospace components. You will perform setups, inspections, and ensure quality and safety standards, while rotating areas and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 3+ months of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to understand work instructions in English.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and safe operation of machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate ceramic core injection molding machines and tooling.
• Perform inspections to verify product quality.
• Monitor machines and identify potential issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 6S standards.
• Support production goals and adhere to safety procedures.
