Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years CNC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic mathematics and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets work orders and drawings to determine tooling.
• Prepares and presets tools for machining.
• Mounts, aligns, and secures tooling and workpieces.
• Sets machine controls for speed, feed, and depth.
• Performs first piece and in-process inspection; adjusts offsets.
• Cleans machines and tooling; handles tool re-sharpening.
