Job summary

Qualigence International is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator in Willoughby, OH to safely set up and operate CNC machines for ceramic cores in a full-time role.

You will follow SOPs and customer specifications to deliver high-quality, precise parts in a clean, safety-focused environment. Strong measuring skills and manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude essential
  • Experience using precision measuring devices (calipers, micrometers) preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work independently and cross-train

Responsibilities

  • Follow documented, job-specific work instructions
  • Set up fixtures and operate CNC machines to produce ceramic cores
  • Apply knowledge of machining functions, operation buttons, and switches
  • Secure product and align with stops/guides
  • Visually inspect products for defects
  • Maintain required documentation and paperwork
  • Meet production goals and quality requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Communicate effectively with managers, leads, quality inspectors, engineering, and fellow operators
  • Complete end-of-shift duties including production reporting, TPM, and 6S activities
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations

In this role, you'll follow standard operating procedures and customer specifications to consistently deliver high-quality, precision parts in a clean, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Apply knowledge of machining functions, operation buttons, and switches
