Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Machine Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-skilled team supporting CNC machining centers, robotics, and automated systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, planning, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning uptime improvements, reliability actions, and CMMS documentation. 2nd shift is required for this position in Pittsboro, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC maintenance and repair experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading technical maintenance teams and supervision.
• Experience using CMMS (e.g., Maximo) to manage work orders and asset histories.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic equipment and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with robotics and automation systems.
• Experience with HVAC and facility support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-skilled maintenance team supporting CNC machining, robotics, and production systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify uptime improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to reduce recurring issues.
• Review downtime trends and implement reliability strategies.
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed and documented in CMMS.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and equipment histories.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and reliability.
• Promote safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
