Job summary

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience maintaining highly automated manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives.
- Proficiency with PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, and CMMS documentation.
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity reading blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
Responsibilities
- Document maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in CMMS.
- Diagnose and repair plant machinery including lathes, presses, conveyors.
- Work with PLCs, CNCs, and multi-axis robots to perform corrective maintenance.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production to prioritize work and maintain continuous operations.
