Job summary

CCT Enterprises is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Mill Set-Up Technician to join our precision machining team in Indiana. You will independently set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC milling machines while complying with ISO/IATF quality standards.

Expect a four-day work week with three-day weekends and opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of CNC mill setup experience, be proficient reading blueprints and setup documentation, and possess strong tooling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC mill setup experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and setup sheets.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of tooling, offsets, and speeds & feeds.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform complete machine setups on CNC milling jobs.
• Read blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
• Install and adjust vises, fixtures, tooling, and workholding devices.
• Set tool lengths and offsets; perform tool changes as needed.
• Verify first-piece quality and inspect processes to prevent defects.
