Empower Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator for the second shift to set up and run CNC mills, ensuring programs, setups, and finished parts meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC mills and running programs.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience making offsets and light program edits.
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and verniers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills to produce parts per customer specs.
• Read and interpret customer prints to confirm program/setup requirements.
• Dry-run new programs and verify machine operation before production.
• Make offsets and minor edits to hold tolerance.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring equipment to ensure quality.
• Follow work orders, procedures, and safety requirements.
