Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screens.
• Able to lift 15–40 pounds repeatedly daily.
• Experience with handheld measurement devices and basic math.
• Good time management and teamwork in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to AFL EH&S policies.
• Monitor production and perform efficient machine changeovers.
• Ensure products meet quality specs and daily goals.
• Enter production and quality data accurately.
• Maintain certifications for production processes.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Assist other operators with setup and operation.
• Document and report quality issues.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks on time.
• Perform other duties as required.
