Job summary

AFL Telecommunications, LLC is seeking a CNC Mill Operator to produce machined parts by operating CNC equipment. The role emphasizes accuracy, productivity, and cost awareness in a dynamic, team-based manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates will bring a high school diploma or GED and may have 1+ years in manufacturing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle is a plus; safety gear such as steel-toe shoes and eye protection are required on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or 1+ years manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and promote AFL environmental, health & safety policies.
• Monitor production and conduct efficient machine changeovers.
• Ensure product meets quality specifications and daily production goals are achieved.
• Accurately enter production and quality data using a computer.
• Achieve and maintain assigned production process certifications.
• Maintain assigned work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Assist other operators with machine set-up and operation as needed.
• Document and report quality issues.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks on time.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
