Job summary

Condux International Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift to set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment ensuring parts meet quality standards. You'll record production activity and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand 8–10 hours, and read blueprints. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Experience with measuring tools and inspections.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment per instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate designated CNC machining equipment per instructions.
• Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality.
• Produce first-piece samples and complete required inspections.
• Record job activity and production time in the tracking system.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete assembly or secondary operations per blueprints.
