Job summary

The role requires reading blueprints, performing first article inspections, and collaborating with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years machining experience preferred.
• Associate degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience in precision manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC mills or lathes.
• Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and conventional equipment.
• Load, interpret, and troubleshoot M & G codes and CNC programs.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
• Perform quality inspections with calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maintain quality.
• Record productivity data and perform first article inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve floor issues.
