Job summary

Curt G. Joa, Inc. is seeking a Machinist for a second shift to produce parts per print specifications using a variety of machining centers.

The role requires reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and maintaining machines with attention to safety and quality. The candidate will also review tolerances and ensure accurate measurements during setup and operations. Responsibilities include operating grinders, lathes, saws, and milling machines, performing routine maintenance, and supporting on-time

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, specifications, and routings.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Check for defective parts and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Identify materials to be used in manufacturing process.
• Identify tooling types and set up proper tooling for work orders.
• Set up, operate, and maintain grinders, lathes, milling machines.
• Review blueprints to ensure production accuracy and measurements.
