Parker Hannifin in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a CNC Machinist for 2nd shift to set up and operate CNC machines for precision metal cutting. This full-time role includes a $2.00/hour shift premium and quarterly profit sharing.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Some previous education and/or experience operating CNC machines is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC machines.
• Understand CNC programs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments.
• Apply machine shop mathematics.
• Utilize lean principles.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in work groups High Performance Teams for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee.
