Responsibilities

• Machine aerospace components to required quality standards and production levels.
• Perform set-ups, tool changes and machine offsets.
• Collaborate with Programming, Quality and engineering to develop new processes.
• Suggest process improvements and reduce setup time and scrap.
• Complete preventative maintenance and quality inspections.
• Maintain documentation and work instructions current.
• Participate in LEAN projects and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and job-related procedures.
