Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines and reading blueprints.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong math skills for measurements and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and program readouts to determine materials and tools.
• Complete machine set ups.
• Follow instructions concerning dimensions, feeds and speeds, tools, and sequence.
• Align parts in the machine to set reference points and maintain tolerances.
• Use micrometers and gauges to verify critical dimensions and tolerances.
• Identify tool and machine issues and seek corrective action.
• Work collaboratively in a safety-focused environment.
