Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing/machining experience.
• Minimum of 1 year reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints or production planning.
• Experience with setup and operation of CNC drilling, milling, grinding, or turning.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Machine all types of metals.
• Generate and check part dimensions with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges.
• Meet required tolerances and finishes per standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in area.
• Assist in training operators on equipment as needed.
• Actively participate in daily team meetings and activities.
