Delva Tool & Machine, an AS9100 Rev D certified precision shop in Cinnaminson, NJ, seeks a skilled machinist for 2nd shift. You will operate Mazak 5-axis CNCs, inspect work, read prints, and log downtime accurately. Level II duties include setting up new jobs and mentoring Level I machinists to hold tight tolerances. Formación

• Ability to operate CNC machine tools safely and independently.
• Basic measurement skills: calipers, micrometers, bore gauges.
• Ability to read traveler work instructions and engineering prints.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Availability for 2nd shift (nights).

Responsabilidades

• Run assigned Mazak 5-axis CNC machines through a full 2nd-shift cycle.
• Meet cycle time targets on repeat jobs within 60 days.
• Perform in-process inspection and log downtime with reason codes.
• Recognize tool wear and flag issues to avoid failures.
• Mentor Level I machinists and set up new jobs from prints.
