Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30pm start) to set up and operate CNC/Manual machines, producing precision metal parts. You will train on first piece inspections and follow detailed SOPs to ensure quality and efficiency.

Level 2 and Level 3 roles offer base pay ranges with shift differential and overtime. Woodward provides a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, stock contributions, tuition reimbursement, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC/Manual machines and reading blueprints.
• Familiar with GD&T and quality inspection practices.
• Ability to work with precision and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC and manual machines to produce precision metal parts per specs.
• Performs supporting operations and first piece inspections; trains in processes.
• Maintains production efficiency through detailed work instructions and problem solving.
• Adheres to 5S, safety, and continuous improvement practices.
