Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inspection techniques and measurement tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine appropriate tooling and steps.
• Familiarity with GD&T and tolerancing concepts.
• Willingness to learn and apply continuous improvement processes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while providing guidance to others.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines with minimal supervision and perform process checks.
• Complete paperwork and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Identify nonconforming material and initiate corrective actions.
• Follow safety standards and operate within documented procedures.
• Interpret blueprints and maintain machined parts to engineering specs.
