Job summary

Eaton is seeking a CNC Machinist (Operator A) on 2nd shift in Glenolden, PA. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, interpret blueprints, GD&T, and program NC machines. Strong attention to tool selection, inspection, and process improvement is essential.

The role requires at least 3 years as a machinist or tool maker, with CAD/CAM programming experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay with a shift premium and regular M-F hours are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of Machinist or Tool Maker experience.
• Preferred CAD/CNC programming experience, MasterCAM.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts per engineering drawings.
• Interpret GD&T per ANSI/ASME Y14.5 guidelines.
• Identify and use proper tools, gauges, and equipment.
• Interpret and edit G-code programs for NC machines.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering with troubleshooting and process development.
• Train others on machines and processes within the value stream.
