Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Residence within 70 miles of Davenport, IA; relocation not offered.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. person required by ITAR.
• 3+ years of setup and operation experience on CNC Mills and Lathes.
• Ability to read/readouts and documentation (blueprints, models, analysis sheets, sketches).
• CMM/layout reports familiarity to determine job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including 3-5 axis mills and lathe.
• Inspect parts and obtain first article approval when required.
• Read blueprints, models, and analysis sheets to meet specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and operate associated manual machines as needed.
• Read Mazatrol and EIA CNC programs and ensure quality.
