Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes; setup or programming/editing preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications including GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to produce precision components.
• Interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications including dimensions and tolerances.
• Select and position workpieces using fixtures and setups.
• Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain part quality.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specs.
• Collaborate with team to maintain workflow and quality.
