Job summary

Prince Industries in Pepperell, MA, is seeking a CNC Machinist II for 2nd shift to operate Mazak/HAAS/Fanuc/Mori controls and produce precision metal and non-metal parts. You will read blueprints, measure with precision tools, and set up lathes and mills with minimal supervision.

The role requires 1 year of CNC experience, English fluency, and readiness for night hours (2:30pm–1:00am). Compensation ranges from $29 to $33 per hour, plus benefits and an annual sign-on bonus for select positions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CNC machining experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• English fluency and ability to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerance requirements.
• Load and unload raw materials safely.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and tooling as needed.
• Inspect parts with measuring instruments to ensure tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow ISO procedures.
