Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking a CNC Machinist II for the 2nd shift in Massachusetts. You will operate CNC lathes and mills, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tolerance requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, with heavy emphasis on ISO procedures and continuous improvement. Shift hours are 2:30pm to 1:00am, Monday through Thursday, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in CNC machining
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to understand basic mechanical and manufacturing techniques

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints with tolerances.
• Loads and unloads raw materials safely.
• Operates CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision.
• Maintains and cleans CNC machinery daily.
• Contributes to process improvements within the department.
• Ensures safety, ISO compliance and quality standards.
• Supports organization and cleanliness of the shop environment.
