Job summary

Condux International, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist on 2nd shift to set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment to produce precise parts. You will verify dimensions using inspection tools, document production data, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities include first-piece samples, in-process inspections, and basic troubleshooting. The role requires reading blueprints, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing 8–10 hours daily, and occasionally working overtime or weekends to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and assist with team lifts for heavier items.
• Stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hours per day, up to 5 days/week.
• Use manual and hand-powered tools and measuring/inspection tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Operate hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, jib cranes, and hoists.
• Perform basic arithmetic and follow calibration/inspection procedures.
• Communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Work collaboratively in a diverse environment and maintain punctuality.
• Willing to work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment per work instructions and schedules.
• Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality compliance.
• Produce first-piece samples and complete inspections.
• Conduct in-process inspections and adjust machines as needed.
• Record job activity and production time in the tracking system.
• Report equipment, quality, or process issues to supervision.
• Assist with assembly or secondary operations per blueprints.
• Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections for fit, form, and function.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
