PCC Aerostructures in Texas is seeking a Machinist – Level 2 to operate 2–5 axis CNC cells and standalone machines. You will perform basic setup, fixture and tool preparation, load and adjust CNC programs and offsets, and use precision inspection tools.

You will read prints, verify documentation, and support 6S workplace standards. Candidates typically have 2–4 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may hold a machinist certificate.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Machinist certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
• 2–4 years of machining experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate 2–5 axis CNC machine cells and standalone machines.
• Perform basic machine setup including fixtures and tool preparation, and load CNC programs and offsets.
• Use inspection tools (height gauges, calipers, micrometers) to verify part quality.
• Maintain 6S, ensure lot traceability and proper documentation of work orders.
• Support upstream operations with accurate part handling and safe operation.
